RRB NTPC exam 2016: Results not releasing on July 10, official sources confirm

The Railway Recruitment Board is not releasing the result of Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC-CEN 03/2015) exam on July 10, official sources have confirmed.“As 56 lakh candidates appeared for the exam, we will take some time to process the result. It is therefore, not releasing on July 10,” said a senior spokesperson from the Railway Board.

SSC CGL 2016 latest changes

1) Prelims will be held in Online mode

2) There will be no sectional cut-off in Prelims

3) Prelims will Consist of 100 Questions (25 Questions each of 4 sections)

4) It will be of 200 Marks and 75 Minutes

5) Prelims start from 27 August 2016

6) Tier 2 Online mode, Pattern No Change

7) Tier 3 Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi (writing of Essay/Precis/Letter /Application Writing etc. of 100 Marks

8) Merit Will be Made on Score of Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3

9) Tier 4 will be Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) / Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) as usual (Qualifying)

10) Document Verification will also be conducted.

रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड परीक्षा के छह विवादित परीक्षा केन्द्र डिबार कर दिए गए हैं। 26 अप्रैल से 30 अप्रैल के बीच इन केन्द्रों पर होने वाली परीक्षा रद्द कर दी गई है। इन केन्द्रों पर होने वाली परीक्षा नए केन्द्रों पर दो और तीन मई को होगी। परीक्षार्थियों को एसएमएस और मेल के जरिए इसकी सूचना दी गई है।चार दिन पहले इलाहाबाद में रेलवे भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर आउट हुआ था। परीक्षा के दौरान संयोगिता इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड टेक्नोलॉजी, आरएम टेक, फस्र्ट स्टेप ई एजुकेशन, फस्र्ट स्टेप कंप्यूटर सेंटर, वंदना इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एंड टेक्नोलॉजी व महाशय मसुरियादीन स्मारक इंटर कॉलेज एंड कंप्यूटर सेंटर को विवादित पाया गया है। इन केन्द्रों कोडिबार कर दिया गया है। आरआरबी के सचिव एसके बंसल ने बताया कि इन केन्द्रों पर परीक्षा मंगलवार से नहीं दो और तीन मई को होगी। परीक्षा कहां होगी, यह परीक्षा एजेंसी तय करके सीधे परीक्षार्थियों को सूचित कर रही है।पांच दिन चलेगा आरआरबी बनाम नकल माफिया खेलयह परीक्षा मंगलवार से एक बार फिर शुरू होगी। शुक्रवार को पर्चा लीक होने के बाद से यह परीक्षा का पहला दिन होगा। मंगलवार से शनिवार तक लगातार परीक्षा है। इसमें आरआरबी और नकल माफिया के बीच सीधी लड़ाई होगी।एसटीएफ ने शुक्रवार को जिस नकल माफिया को पकड़ा था, उसके पास 26, 27 और 30 अप्रैल की परीक्षा देने वालों के प्रवेश पत्र भी मिले थे। जाहिर है कि आने वाली परीक्षा के  लिए भी परीक्षार्थियों से सेटिंग हो गई थी। अब तक इसमें लिप्त कुछ लोग एसटीएफ के  चंगुल से बाहर हैं। ऐसे में नकल रोक पाना आरआरबी के लिए आसान नहीं है।रेलवे बोर्ड की विजलेंस टीम सक्रियइस चर्चित मामले में रेलवे बोर्ड की विजिलेंस टीम ने भी जांच शुरू कर दी है। बोर्ड की विजिलेंस टीम ने दस्तावेज मांगे हैं और जल्द इलाहाबाद पहुंचकर पूछताछ शुरू करेगी।विजिलेंस ने गिरफ्तार लोगों के अलावा परीक्षा केन्द्र कर्मचारियों, रेलवे कर्मचारियों का ब्योरा भी मांगा है। अब तक रेलवे की जांच में क्या तथ्य मिले, इसकी रिपोर्ट भी तलब की है।

Modi government announced 2.2 lakh vacancy in coming two years in Central Government

The central government's actual staff on March 1, 2015 was 33.05 lakh, which increased to 34.93 lakh in 2016 and is estimated to grow to 35.23 lakh by March 1, 2017, according to the budget estimates for 2016-17. This includes the railways — which has not added asingle worker to its strength of 13,26,437 in thelast three years — but excludes the defence forces.

The biggest increase of 70,000 is projected in the revenue department which comprises income tax and customs and excise, followed by central paramilitary forces, projected to rise by 47,000. The strength of the home ministry, excluding paramilitary forces, has increased by 6,000.

The cabinet secretariat, a fairly small department assisting the government, will add 301 employees, going up from 900 in 2015 to 1,201 by March 1, 2017. The I&B ministry addednearly 2,200 personnel in the last two years.

The personnel ministry, which manages government staff, added 1,800 jobs in the last two years, the urban development ministry 6,000, mines ministry 4,399 and department of space 1,000.

A major reason for the spurt in hiring is that many departments faced acute staff crunch in Group B and C categories due to a moratorium on fresh recruitments for the past several years.

A lot of the new appointments have been in these categories. Vacancies have piled up over the years. More than six lakh posts are vacant in various central government ministries, according to the personnel ministry.

कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) स्नातक अभ्यर्थियों के लिए होने वाली सबसे महत्वपूर्ण संयुक्त स्नातक स्तरीय (सीजीएल) परीक्षा-2016 के पैटर्न में बदलाव करने जा रहा है। नकलचियों पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए अब पहले चरण की परीक्षाको क्वालिफाइंग घोषित करके दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा को ऑनलाइन कराया जाएगा। पैटर्न में बदलाव के बाद आयोग आठ और 22 मई को प्रस्तावित सीजीएल टियर-वन कीपरीक्षा की तिथि को आगे बढ़ा सकता है।परीक्षा पैटर्न में यह बदलाव आयोग की अन्य परीक्षाओं में लागू किया जा सकता है। इस संबंध में जल्द आदेश जारी हो जाएगा। इसके बाद परीक्षा तिथि में बदलाव भी होगा। इस परीक्षा में पूरे देश में 35 लाख परीक्षार्थी शामिल होंगे।अकेले मध्य क्षेत्र में ही सीजीएल-2016 के लिए 7.88 लाख आवेदन आए हैं। इतना ही नहीं सीजीएल परीक्षा में अब साक्षात्कार हटाकर लिखित परीक्षा के अंकों के आधार पर चयन किया जाएगा।एसएससी के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के मुताबिक सीजीएल 2016 में केंद्र सरकार कीओर से नया पद असिस्टेंट आडिटर शामिल किए जाने के बाद इसके लिए एक नया चौथा प्रश्नपत्र-फाइनेंस एवं इकोनॉमिक्स को टियर-टू में शामिल किया है।टियर-वन की परीक्षा आब्जेक्टिव टाइप होगी। क्वालीफाइंग किए जाने पर पहले चरण के अंक को चयन में शामिल नहीं किए जाने पर नकल पर रोक लग सकेगी। पहले चरण में स्क्रीनिंग होने के बाद दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा को ऑनलाइन किए जाने से नकल पर लगाम लगेगी।
